Dream Teams

Have you ever been on a Dream Team? A team that just clicked? You would know it if you were. The excitement of working closely and effectively with others is a great feeling. In doing improv, great teamwork isn’t a luxury – it’s a requirement. Standing in front of an audience and creating a scene without a script requires extraordinary communication, listening skills, and the ability to give and take. In this workshop, we explore the nuts and bolts of the Dream Team machine, and teach you how to turn any team into an outstanding and successful unit.

The Creative Edge

Drive isn’t enough to solve the challenges posed by your organizational goals. You must also have people that can tap their creative sides to find extraordinary solutions to daunting problems. Everybody is creative, but this creativity must be unleashed to be effective. This workshop teaches participants how to harness their natural creativity and bring it to bear on the challenges your organization faces.

Leadership on Your Feet

Need to make great decisions in a hurry with incomplete information? Need to lead and inspire – but still make your deadline? (Gee, you wouldn’t be a manager, would you?)  Learn the skills and principles of the most famous “think on your feet” discipline: improvisational theater. Learn to operate under pressure, handle employees, delegate effectively, and achieve your organizational goals by inspiring and motivating others.

Presenting with Style

Was your last presentation a little . . . dull? Is your sales pitch a bit lackluster? In this workshop we’ll show you how to deliver a great presentation that will grab your audience. Whether addressing the multitudes or an individual client, we’ll teach you how to make bold choices in your presentation, deliver with commitment and authority, and deal effectively with questions and comments.

Blending and Bonding

Who are all these strangers you work with? Whether bringing departments together that usually work apart, or bringing individuals together who have hardly met, this workshop will break the ice and build great working relationships. The key objective of our Blending and Bonding workshop is getting to know each other, trust each other, and have fun. The company that plays together, stays together.

Passport: Crossing the Boundary

Whether traveling to another country or bringing an international workforce to yours,  this workshop will give you the tools you need to handle the transition. We have worked with people from dozens of different countries to give them the ability to interface quickly with a new culture and language, the confidence to approach others, and the sensitivity to overcome cultural difficulties.
